Our essence

Inmovelia is a real estate company that is dedicated to managing the purchase, sale and / or rental of real estate in the Balearic Islands.

The triangular stone of the company is formed by Jaume B., Miquel S. and Marc C., the three founders who, with great effort and dedication, have built this professional company that guarantees excellent real estate advice and a wide range of services of quality. For this, in Inmovelia two fundamental factors are combined:

The technological factor: some of the most innovative tools of the 21st century are used, such as Big Data applied to the real estate world or Artificial Intelligence in order to maximize the value offered.

The human factor: the team is a priority and fundamental asset for the company. The incorporation of the best professionals with extensive experience in the sector is essential to provide the culmination of the buying and selling process in an agile and efficient way. In addition, collaboration agreements have been made with some of the leading companies in the sector.

Miquel S.

He was trained in Business Administration, studied Law and a Master's Degree in the Practice of Law, as well as being a partner or owner of several companies. One of his great skills is to get what he wants.

Jaume B.

He studied Mathematics at the University of the Balearic Islands. Always looking for new perspectives on which to focus challenges to find new, better and more beneficial solutions.If they don’t exist, he’s able to create them on his own.

Marc C.

He studied Business Administration and Management at the University of the Balearic Islands. He is a very practical and rational person, skills that contribute to bring pragmatism to the company.
